 Reporting to the Director of AME New Product Development, Deidre will be the program lead for the largest product line at the facility. She will manage a cross-functional team through the entire product development cycle, and also be responsible for the program's budget. Shes excited about her prospects and volunteered these comments:

 I accepted because of the compensation/benefits, location, growth and environment. Some of the highlights are: 1.) The product - I would be lead for the largest product line produced at that facility. 2.) All programs are new product development programs. - New product development is my favorite type of work. 3.) This was my target location. 4.) At the meet and greet, the director was already talking about a career development path for me. He also said to the manager in front of me - "You were right. She's the one." 5.) The environment - the management is experienced in product development. 6.) The benefit package is excellent. The package exceeds my current situation. 7.) Management is passionate about the products. This is key when developing products. Overall, all I could think was "WOW - this is where I want to work."

 The whole SET experience was great. The things that helped me most were: 1.) the dedicated assistance to locating jobs in my target area. 2.) Immediate responses to requests for information. This helped me prepare for my interview and additional discussions with potential employers. Notice was less than 24 hours due to the potential employers request. 3.) The marketing package for me which contained tools to: introduce my capabilities, to present my positive skills and not my liabilities, the fantastic resume and numerous letters. 4.)
